In addition to being able to ship your order anywhere in the US we can also ship your order anywhere in Canada. Please call to arrange shipping. USG and Platt shall accept returns of normal stock Goods for a period of ninety (90) days following shipment for exchange or refund of the purchase price; provided, that Goods must be in their original cartons, unopened and unused. Stock returns that are used, opened, and/or not in their original packaging may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee or the return may be refused based on the condition of the returned material. Non-stock returns will generally be disallowed except for situations where a returns material authorization or appropriate credit has been provided by the Vendor. Applicable sales tax will be refunded where allowed by applicable law or statute.

Possibly. Since all 3 of those companies are electrical distributors and they are also “family” to USG, we will check into the logistics of inventory to see if that is a possibility.

We will charge your card on the same day we receive you order if placed between 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Otherwise you will be charged the next business day.

YES WE CAN! We charge $20/site but that money is taken as a store credit to be use toward your next purchase with us. Another bonus is your getting your layout created and reviewed by people our understand and are a part the NEC code making process.
Load calculations and voltage drop calculations per NEC guidelines. A recommended circuit layout on your site plan. Drawings and specifications for materials such as: Pedestals, meters, distribution panels, utility metering, wire and lighting. An Itemized bill of materials and detailed price quotation. Utility Supply Group Offers a Custom Electric Layout Service
Whether you are developing a new park, expanding or upgrading your existing park, Utility Supply Group can provide you with a
comprehensive electrical layout package. Utilizing a site plan that you provide we will determine your secondary electrical needs
pursuant to 2020 National Electrical Code (NEC 551.71 through 551.81). We may be able to assist with primary electrical needs
once utility information is provided.
The service provided includes the following:
• Calculated load summary and voltage drops tables
• Suggested circuit diagram
• Recommended panel sizes, configurations and locations
• Recommended transformer sizes (if needed)
• Determine conductor sizes & approximate lengths
• Detailed quotation
• Associated drawings
• Assist with liaison between engineers, contractors and or utilities
We will need the following from you:
• Your name, phone number & email, Park name, Bill to Location,
Ship to Location
• Simple site plan in PDF format with scale or dimensions
• Type of pedestal and accessories.
• Additional loads & locations such as office, restrooms, store, laundry,
pumps, wells, etc.
• Incoming utility services, line voltages & provider (if known)
• Limitations with trenching such as trees, existing structures,
other utility services
